      If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will charge your credit card the $50 deposit.

    • Can I reschedule my appointment at Aki’s Spa Nail Salon?

      Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. To avoid any cancellation fees, please give us at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled time.

    • What if I need to cancel due to an emergency?

      We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

    • Can I get a refund for my deposit if I cancel my appointment?

      Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for deposits. However, if you reschedule your appointment within 30 days, you can use your deposit towards your next appointment.

    • What if I arrive late for my appointment at Aki’s Spa Nail Salon?

      We understand that things happen, but please try your best to arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your session may be shortened to ensure that we stay on schedule for our other clients.
